Headquarters

The Headquarters is the backbone of a planet. It drives the main build queue, hosts the military garrison and contains three sub-buildings dedicated to population management: Housing, Bunker and Military Training.

Headquarters (HQ)

Main planetary building. Each level adds slots to the build queue, increases garrison and accelerates sub-building construction.

  • Build queue: — base slot, +1 every — levels (max — slots)
  • Garrison: — extra soldiers per level
  • Reduces sub-building build time (max -—%, k=—)

Housing

HQ sub-building dedicated to civilian population capacity. Each level raises the maximum civilian count the planet can support.

  • Base capacity: — civilians (level 0)
  • Capacity per level: +— civilians
  • Progressive growth: +—% cumulative per level

Bunker

HQ sub-building that protects the civilian population during planetary attacks. Without a bunker, unprotected civilians can be killed in combat.

  • Base protection: — civilians (level 0)
  • Protection per level: +— civilians
  • Growth factor: +— cumulative per level

Military Training

HQ sub-building that gradually converts civilians into garrison troops. Passive conversion is free; active recruitment costs resources.

  • Base passive rate: — soldiers/hour at level 1
  • Progression factor: ×— per level (geometric growth)
  • Conversion ratio (active recruitment): — civilian per soldier (minimum —)
